This chair was one of Breuer's successful tubular steel designs. The lovely Armchair B 35 gives the impression that it was fashioned from a single, continuous piece of tubular steel.
Breuer held the principles of the Bauhaus close, favoring economic production in terms of materials and time.
The authentic Vitra Miniature always comes in the little wooden packing box from the Vitra Design Museum Collection.
This important member of the Miniatures Collection has been discontinued by Vitra.
